What's new

What's new in REHL

We ship improvements to REHL constantly. Here's what's new.

In the works

Being built now. Not available yet, and we are not going to give you a date for it.

  • REHL on your phone

A REHL app for iPhone and Android is in build. The half of the job that happens away from a desk: your day and your tasks, your leads and their scores, approving a follow-up REHL has drafted, logging the call you just made from your own phone, and sharing a listing from the driveway. It is the second half of REHL 2.0: the new look is the part you can see, this is the part that gets REHL off the desk. It is not out yet, and we will say it is here on the day the stores have it, never before.

  1. v2.7Latest

Write to leads from anywhere, and buyers search for sale or rent

A new email from the contact or Inbox with listings and documents in it, one signature on everything you send, Buy / Rent on your site's search, a deadline email the day before, and a guided review of a new form's fields.

    New

    • Write a new email from the contact or from Inbox

Start a new email to a lead from their contact record or from Inbox. It passes the same checks as a reply and lands on the lead's timeline.

    • Insert a listing into an email

While you write an email or a saved message, insert a listing as a card, add a link for the buyer to make an offer on it when your site takes offers, or drop in listing details. A saved message can also fill in homes for sale that match what the lead is looking for.

    • Attach a lead's documents to an email

Attach up to five of the documents filed on a lead to a one-to-one email from Inbox.

    • A refused message comes with its fix

When REHL cannot send an Inbox message, it says why and offers the fix: record the lead's permission to email right there, add a mobile number, check their time zone or set up texting. A message that was not sent is marked so you can find it.

    • One email signature for everything you send

Email you send to leads from Inbox, Cultivate and Sphere ends with the same signature: your name, title, phone, license number and brokerage, or your own text from My profile with the license and brokerage added if it leaves them out.

    • An Archived view on Contacts, with Restore

Archived contacts now have their own view on Contacts. Restore one from its row, or select several and restore them together, and they go back into Contacts and Pipeline. A Sphere contact comes back only while your plan's Sphere limit has room.

    • Buy or Rent on your site's search

Search on your branded site shows homes for sale by default, with a Buy / Rent switch that lists rentals separately at their monthly rent. A saved search keeps the choice, so its alerts match.

    • A deadline email the day before

The deal's agent gets an email when a contingency deadline is due by the next business day, and again if it is missed, counting weekends and federal holidays. A brokerage turns it off with its deadline alert setting.

    • Review fields: answer only what REHL is unsure of

After REHL AI finds the fields on an uploaded form, Review fields walks you through only the ones it is unsure of, one at a time, asking who signs or what the field holds. On a phone it is one field per screen.

    Fixed

    • A follow-up is withdrawn once you have answered

If you or a teammate answer a lead from Inbox or a connected Gmail mailbox, the follow-up REHL AI was holding for them is withdrawn and does not go out.

    • Sphere waits while someone is an active lead

Keep-in-touch emails to a Sphere contact pause while the same person is an active lead in your pipeline and resume when the lead closes. Birthday and home-anniversary notes still go.

    • Buyer emails name only homes for sale

Homes named in a Cultivate email to a buyer are for sale, never rentals, and each one has a listing page to open.

    • A lease deal reads Rent and Move-in

On a lease, the deal page and New deal say Rent (per month) and Move-in instead of Price and Closing, and skip the closing agent.

    • A closed deal says who was not added as a past client

When a closed deal's client was typed in rather than linked to a contact, the deal names them and explains why they were not added to your Sphere, with a way to add them.

    • Inbox shows who sent each message

On a shared thread, each message you or a teammate sent says who sent it.

    • Add contact creates a lead again

Adding a contact without ticking Add to Sphere creates the lead again, as it should.

    • What moved says why a figure is held back

Market's What moved panel says why a sold figure is not shown, so you know whether waiting will fill it.

    • Links preview as your brokerage

A link to your branded site previews with your brokerage's name and its own picture, and a listing link shows the home's photo, price and address.

    • An open house is cancelled when the listing moves offices

If the MLS moves a listing to another office, its open houses are cancelled and people who signed up are told, without saying the home left the market.

    • Editing a post keeps its Studio graphic

Changing a scheduled post's media no longer drops the REHL Studio graphic it was made with.

    • Trial samples in your own state

A new trial's sample listings, contacts and deal are set in your brokerage's state, so the sample deal follows your state's checklist.

    • Listing marketing opens the listing's own Studio page

Turning on REHL marketing from a listing's Share tab or from the Listings table now opens that listing's page in REHL Studio, where its marketing switch and plan live.

    • Take a filed attachment off a lead

In Inbox's attachment picker, Remove from lead takes a document off the lead after one confirmation. It is archived, not deleted.

    • Inbox says where a lead's reply will go

When your email is not connected to REHL, or has stopped syncing, a note above the email composer names the address the lead's reply will go to instead of REHL Inbox, with a button to connect or reconnect Gmail.

    • The creator of a private form can retire it

An agent who made a private form can now archive, restore or delete it.

    • The Forms area says Forms throughout

The page heading, tabs, empty states, browser tab and the form designer's breadcrumb now say Forms, matching the menu.

    • Notification settings list only alerts REHL sends

Notification settings list only the alerts REHL actually sends. A jump in a lead's score reaches you as the alert when the lead turns hot or very hot.

  2. v2.6

One clear limit, and packs only when you need them

REHL AI has one limit you can read, texts and emails have monthly allowances, and one page shows every limit, what you have used and what more would cost.

    New

    • REHL AI credits are the one limit

What you ask REHL AI to do is limited only by your monthly credits: 150 on Starter, 800 on Pro, 2,500 on Power. Each action costs what it takes, from 1 credit for a social caption to 12 for a TrueValue CMA. The old monthly count of AI calls no longer blocks anything, so the work REHL does in the background can never use up the allowance you meant for your own requests.

    • Brokerage credits grow with the team

A brokerage's monthly REHL AI credits are a base plus a share for every billed agent seat. On Growth that is 2,000 plus 400 per agent, so a 20-agent firm gets 10,000 credits a month, not 2,000.

    • Background REHL AI costs you nothing

Scoring, sorting your inbox, screening photos and the other work REHL AI does behind the scenes uses no credits. In an unusually heavy month it falls back to simpler rules rather than stopping, and Fair Housing screening always runs.

    • A monthly email allowance on every plan

Starter includes 5,000 emails a month, Pro 25,000, Power 50,000, and brokerages 25,000 plus 5,000 per billed agent seat. Account and transaction emails never count against it and are never held back.

    • Texts counted the way carriers count them

Your text allowance is measured in carrier segments, so a long text or one with an emoji counts as two or three, exactly as the carrier bills it. On brokerage plans the allowance grows with each agent seat. Texting needs your brokerage's own carrier registration and a plan that includes it.

    • Packs that never expire

An admin can buy packs of texts or emails, and top up REHL AI with 250, 1,000 or 5,000 credits. Pack units and bought credits never expire and are used only after this month's allowance runs out. REHL only offers a pack your plan can actually use.

    • Every limit on one page

The new Add-ons page in Settings shows each limit, REHL AI credits, texts and emails: what your plan includes, what you have used this month, your prepaid balance and the packs on offer. Every seat can see it and only an admin can buy. The gauge in the top bar opens the same numbers from any screen.

    • The trial reminder states your real bill

The email before your trial ends names your plan, the base price, your seats and the exact total you will be charged.

    Fixed

    • A failed REHL AI action gives its credits back

If an action errors or times out, the credits it set aside go back to where they came from.

    • The listing limit counts your listings, not your MLS feed

A brokerage with an MLS feed could be refused a hand-added listing because the whole feed was being counted. Only your own listings count now.

    • Plan limits explained in plain words

When a limit stops an action, the message names the plan and the number. Unlimited and comped accounts read as unlimited.

    • Picking a plan during setup shows what you get

The billing step lists what each plan includes, the invite step counts seats the way your bill does, and a payment problem at checkout says plainly that nothing was charged.

  3. v2.5

Your day, your voice, your pace

Guided flows for the moments of an agent's day, a search bar that finds anything, Cultivate that writes the way you do at the pace you set, and pre-approval tracking on every buyer.

    New

    • Start something, and REHL walks you through it

The Start something button at the top of the menu (or press N) lists the moments of a working day and opens the right place for each. New buyer client, Tour day and We closed are guided step by step and save after every step, so a flow cut short by a phone call waits on Today where you left it.

    • The search bar finds anything

Type in the top bar and get one ranked list across leads, Sphere contacts, listings, open houses, tours, deals, documents, tasks, CMAs, Inbox conversations by what was said in them, and the addresses a contact is interested in.

    • Cultivate writes the way you do

Paste five or more emails you have sent into the card on Cultivate and its drafts start sounding like you. When you rewrite its drafts, it proposes a voice update once a week for you to accept or dismiss. Your voice changes the wording only: your sender details, the opt-out and every compliance rule stay put.

    • Set the pace for each contact, and it holds

Turn Cultivate on, pause it or turn it off for one contact, and choose that contact's cadence and tone. Each option says what it means in emails and days. The pace is enforced: a plan that would send more than you chose is cut back, and the gap is checked again before every email goes out.

    • Follow-up that keeps going, and asks you first

When a Cultivate plan finishes, the contact moves to a slower long-term nurture instead of going quiet. A reply, or a move in the lead's score, writes a fresh plan automatically, and every message in it waits for your approval with one notification and a line on Today.

    • Track every buyer's pre-approval

Keep a list of loan officers you work with, plus a brokerage list your admin manages, introduce a buyer to one in a single email that copies you, and record the letter on the buyer's Pre-approval card. REHL AI can read an uploaded letter and suggest its details for you to confirm, and Today lists letters about to expire. REHL tracks pre-approval; it does not pre-qualify anyone.

    • Mark a closed lead as a past client

One button on a closed contact moves them into your Sphere as a past client and records the closing, prefilled from their latest closed deal, with the lead's history kept. Cultivate stops prospecting emails to a closed lead.

    • Suggest a home search to your buyer

Record what a buyer wants on their contact and suggest it as a saved search. The buyer sees it on their account page on your branded site and saves or dismisses it, and alerts start only when they save it themselves. Needs a plan with the branded search site.

    • Move a showing, and leave the buyer a note

Reschedule a tour and every stop moves with it. The buyer is told the new time, and a tour they had confirmed asks them to confirm again. A tour also carries an optional message that shows on the buyer's confirmation page and in their emails, separate from the note only you see.

    Fixed

    • Names come through on every lead

Leads added by hand, by import or by CRM migration keep their first and last names, so emails greet people by name. An import reads separate First Name and Last Name columns and tells you about any column it ignored.

    • The score notices more of what a lead does

A lead who replies to a text, or signs up on your branded site, now moves their score. A lead REHL knows nothing about yet is no longer shown as cold, and Why this score reads in plain words.

    • No dead ends in Waiting on you

A held email with no draft can be written when you ask, an approved email held for quiet hours says when it will go, and the queue shows the exact signature each email will carry.

    • An Inbox reply box you can always reach

It stays on screen on desktop and phone, Cmd or Ctrl+Enter sends, texts show their segment count, and switching conversations never carries the previous subject across.

    • Today's tours are today's

Today picks your tours by the tour's own local day, and a deleted lead leaves every count on Today at once.

    • Archiving and Sphere edits behave

Archiving a contact stops their Cultivate email and takes them out of every Sphere audience, and changing a Sphere contact's tier or relationship saves the first time.

  4. v2.4

    Deals, from contract to close

Transactions become Deals: start a deal from whatever you have, run it from one page with real deadlines and your brokerage's own forms, and close it knowing nothing was left open.

    New

    • Start a deal from what you have

Start from an accepted offer, a listing, a blank page, or the executed contract itself: upload it and REHL AI reads the parties, price and dates, and you confirm every field before anything is saved. Reading a contract costs 4 REHL AI credits and needs a PDF with real text in it, not a scan.

    • One page per deal

Each deal has one page: what is due next, its stage, tasks you can undo with their history, conditions and the paperwork. On a phone it leads with the most urgent deadline and lets you snap a document straight into its slot. The deals list shows each deal's agent, and a broker can filter by agent.

    • Deadlines counted for you

Inspection, financing and appraisal periods are set when the deal starts. Deadlines count calendar days and move off weekends and US federal holidays, and end at midnight where the home is. Correct a wrong contract date and you review every recounted deadline before anything changes.

    • A checklist built from your own forms

A deal's document checklist uses your brokerage's own forms, mapped once by an admin, and a form sent from a deal fills itself in from the deal, the listing and the offer. Leases and referrals get their own checklist. State checklists are built for all 50 states and switched on state by state: Florida, Louisiana and Texas today, with every other state on a federal baseline.

    • Change the deal on signed paper

To change the price, earnest money, closing date or a contingency, propose an amendment and send it through REHL Sign on your brokerage's own addendum. Nothing changes until it is signed, and if the deal moved in the meantime REHL flags the conflict instead of overwriting. On a deal that came from an accepted offer, those terms change only by a signed amendment.

    • Close with nothing left open

Before a deal closes, REHL lists every open contingency, unsigned document and pending amendment, and you confirm that list to close. Closing marks your own hand-added listing as sold and turns the client into a past client in your Sphere.

    • For brokers: deals that need you

A broker's Today shows the deals that need attention, a brokerage can define deal playbooks, and agents can submit a finished file for the broker to approve or send back. Whether a close waits for that approval is the brokerage's choice, off unless you turn it on.

    • A signed copy for everyone

When a document is fully signed, every signer is sent the executed copy, and so is anyone you added as a copy recipient. Signing emails carry your brokerage's name and logo and bring the signer back to where they started.

    • Wire-fraud warnings on deal email

Every email to a deal's clients carries a standing reminder to confirm wiring instructions by phone, and in Inbox a message on a deal that mentions wiring or account details is flagged.

    Fixed

    • Closing dates skip weekends and holidays

Closing-date presets and tasks counted from closing skip weekends and federal holidays, and the deal warns you if a closing lands on one.

    • A deal from an offer keeps the offer's details

The dates, escrow holder, the other side's agent and the seller on your own listing carry into the deal instead of a placeholder.

    • Contract price and MLS number fill in on forms

Both used to print blank. They now fill in.

    • Waive a contingency from the deal page

Waive a contingency, or undo the waiver, from the deal's details.

    • Fewer pointless alerts

An ended deal no longer rings deadline alerts, and the broker card flags deadlines due within three days.

  5. v2.3

    Offers

Offers now live in REHL from the first draft to the accepted contract, for your own buyers and for buyers on your branded site, on every plan.

    New

    • Every offer in one queue

Offers you made and offers you received sit in one queue showing each offer's status and whose move it is. Counters are kept as numbered rounds, each showing exactly what changed from the last. An offer expires on its own deadline, and it counts as accepted only once there is a signed contract, never on a click.

    • On every plan, including Agent Starter

Starter, Pro, Power and every brokerage plan can make and receive offers. Buyer offers from your branded site need a plan that includes the site.

    • Make an offer, step by step

A guided flow fills in what the MLS has on the home and says which details came from it, finds the buyer in your leads or Sphere or adds them on the spot, and lets you attach PDFs. Offers also show up in the search bar and on Today.

    • Bring in an offer that arrived by PDF or email

Upload the PDF or paste the email and REHL AI reads the price, terms and dates. Nothing is saved until you confirm each one, and you see the credit cost before you start.

    • Buyers make offers from your branded site

A buyer on your site accepts the Terms, confirms a one-time code and signs a Bona Fide Offer Agreement through REHL Sign before the offer reaches you. They get a My offers page with its status, any counter and when it expires. Needs the branded search site and a connected MLS feed.

    • Backup offers

The first accepted contract on a listing is the primary and later ones can be recorded as numbered backups. If the primary falls through, Today tells you a backup is ready to promote. Finished offers can be archived out of the queue.

    • An offer heats up the lead

Recording an offer for a buyer counts as strong buying intent, so that lead's score moves up into hot.

    Fixed

    • An imported offer's deadline is in the property's time zone

    • Money fields format as you type

Commas appear as you type, and list price is in whole dollars.

    • Make an offer stays on the listing page

On your branded site the button sits above the price and no longer disappears for a signed-in buyer.

    • No Withdraw once the contract is signed

On a buyer's My offers page, Withdraw is hidden once a contract is executed.

  6. v2.2

Market the listing, and your site

REHL Studio turns every listing into branded posts, flyers and a print pack, open houses come in from the MLS and promote themselves, and your branded site gets themes and better search.

    New

    • REHL Studio: branded graphics for every listing

Studio makes branded graphics for your listings in 8 design families, 6 styles and 4 formats, from a brand kit you edit live. A weekly posting plan schedules them, and your own designs can join the rotation once they pass a Fair Housing check. Graphics need a published listing, and automatic posting needs your social accounts connected.

    • Studio starts from the listing

Studio opens on your listings as cards. Each listing has its own page: pick what you are announcing, see three looks (three more on request), and post one now or download it. Setup is a four-step checklist.

    • A print pack for every listing

Download a listing's print pack as PDFs: two flyers, a letter-size flyer, and a 6x9 postcard front and back, ready for your own printer or print shop.

    • Your logo, sized to look right everywhere

REHL trims your logo on upload and sizes it by how much space it visibly takes up, so wide and square logos look balanced on graphics, emails and your site. One Logo size slider fine-tunes it for all three.

    • Guided flows for a new listing, an open house and a price change

From Start something, "I just got a listing" walks you through the facts, photos, description, Studio graphics, your site and posts. An upcoming open house and a price change each get a guided flow of their own.

    • Open houses come in from the MLS and promote themselves

Open houses on your MLS listings sync into REHL so you never type them twice. Switch on promotion and REHL posts an open-house graphic with the date and hours, on a schedule you can see and change, linking to the RSVP page. Scheduling an open house in REHL is on Pro and up.

    • Themes for your branded site

Pick one of four themes for your site, or a custom theme built on your own colors with text that adjusts to stay readable. Add a hero photo, and the browser tab and share card carry your brokerage's name and logo.

    • Waterfront and pool filters

Buyers on your site can search for waterfront homes and homes with a private pool and save searches with those filters, and you can mark both on a listing you add by hand.

    Fixed

    • A rental no longer advertises a mortgage

REHL tells a monthly rent from a sale price, so a rental stops showing an estimated mortgage payment.

    • Your MLS listings publish themselves, once each

Your active MLS listings publish to your site as they arrive, a listing you unpublish stays unpublished, and the Listings hub and Studio show one card per house with a real cover photo.

    • Your site is your brand, top to bottom

Page titles, the not-found page and the footer carry your brokerage rather than REHL, and on a phone the menu reaches Buy, Sell, Agents, Saved and Sign in.

    • Picking an address opens that home

Choosing an address from the search suggestions opens that listing instead of a radius search, and suggestions lean toward your market.

    • Lead forms work before your feed is connected

On a site still waiting for its MLS feed, buyers' questions and requests reach you.

    • Open-house times in the property's own time zone

Open-house graphics, posts and cancellation notices give the hours where the home is.

  7. v2.1

    Market

Your farm gets its own page in REHL: what is listing, what is cutting, who holds the inventory, what sold, and a report you can hand a client, all read from your own MLS feed.

    New

    • Market, built around your own farm

Market sits in the main menu, right after Inbox. REHL reads your farm from your own MLS listings and asks you to confirm it, so there is nothing to type, and cities and subdivisions are picked from your feed.

    • The Tape, and a map of your farm

A live readout of your farm: new listings, price cuts and days on market, beside a map where every pin is a real listing.

    • A price-cut call list, and who holds the inventory

Every price cut in your farm comes with the listing agent's name, so the list is a list of calls. A sortable table shows which brokerages and agents hold the farm's remaining inventory.

    • What sold, over 7, 30 and 90 days

Sold counts and prices for your farm over the last week, month and quarter. These need an MLS feed that includes sold listings, and the page says so when yours does not.

    • Your farm's own history

REHL records a snapshot of every farm every day, so your market builds a trend line of its own, and the movement panel reads from it.

    • Market alerts on your bell

Set an alert for when your farm crosses a line you choose, such as months of inventory or median days on market, or for every new listing, price cut or price increase.

    • A weekly market read by REHL AI

Once a week per farm, ask REHL AI for a short read of your market written from the figures on the page. It costs 4 REHL AI credits, and nothing writes one unless you ask.

    • A market report to hand your client

Build a branded PDF market report for a buyer, a seller or an investor, quick or detailed, with the data source named on every page and no AI-written prose. Email it, or a TrueValue CMA, to a client straight from REHL, and it lands on their timeline.

    • Public market context and local news

Census, FHFA, FRED and BLS series sit beside your farm for context, and a news rail links to local headlines for every town in it.

    Fixed

    • For-sale counts reflect what is really for sale

Supply counts sale listings only, counts a home carried by two feeds once, and keeps land and commercial out. Listings that had quietly sold, expired or gone pending were checked against the MLS and taken off active.

    • A rent is not a price

Monthly rents no longer pull down a farm's prices.

    • Market says plainly what it is missing

A brokerage without an MLS feed is told so, and an empty map, nothing for sale and too few sales for a median each say which one it is.

    • Alerts open on the right farm

An alert for one of your other farms opens that farm, and Settings opens on the farm you were looking at.

  8. v2.0

A new look, and color that means something

REHL gets a new identity built around the one number the product exists to give you. Color carries a lead's temperature and nothing else, on a green ground that deliberately means nothing at all.

    New

    • Color means score, everywhere

Cold, warm, hot and very hot are the only colors that carry product meaning. The old REHL blue is retired, along with every decorative accent that competed with it, so a colored lead is a lead you should look at rather than one somebody styled. The four states a system has to be able to shout about, success, warning, error and information, keep a color of their own, pulled well away from the four bands so the two can never be confused.

    • A ground to stand on

The first cut of this was black on bone, and it was too austere: with color reserved for scores, a screen with nothing wrong on it had no color at all. So the whole neutral range now sits on a deep green, and the chrome that frames your work, the navigation, the sidebar, the footer, carries a deeper shade of it. That green deliberately means nothing. It is the one color in REHL that is never a status, which is what lets it be everywhere without competing with a reading.

    • The gauge

A calibrated 0 to 100 rule with the four bands drawn to scale and a needle at the reading. It is how REHL has always thought about a lead, so it is now the shape of the brand, and it appears on anything that talks about a score.

    • A new wordmark and typeface

REHL is set in Archivo, squared off, with the full stop and the blue dot gone. Scores, prices and dates stay in a monospaced face so columns of numbers line up and stay comparable.

  9. v1.11

The day's work, and proof it landed

A to-do list built into the product, an honest record of every message REHL sent for you, and a broker site that shows your own listings while your feed is still being connected.

    New

    • Tasks

A to-do list that lives where the work does. Create a task against a contact, a listing or a transaction, nest sub-tasks under it, set it to repeat, and get reminded. Search it, snooze it, hand it to someone else, or change a batch of them at once. Tasks sits next to Today at the top of the menu, because both are your own agenda rather than the brokerage's.

    • Did it actually reach them

Every contact's Activity tab now shows what REHL sent on your behalf and what became of it: delivered, opened, clicked, or never sent and why. It also shows what is scheduled to go next, so you know what the follow-up will do before it does it.

    • A follow-up that stops tells you why

When REHL does not send a planned message, the contact's Cultivate card now says in one sentence what stopped it, and whether it is something you can clear or something the contact has to do.

    • Your listings on your site before your feed is connected

A broker site waiting on its MLS connection now shows the brokerage's own published listings for real, at their own addresses, instead of describing them as examples. The listing page behind every flyer, social post and share link works on every plan, feed or no feed, so the link you hand a buyer today is the one that keeps working.

    • Listings that need attention

The Listings hub opens with a short, ranked strip of the properties that have gone quiet, each with one specific thing to do about it. Days on market are counted from the date the listing went on the market, not the day REHL first synced it, so the advice matches the property.

    • Your first five, and one real send

After you import your sphere, REHL picks five of your own people worth writing to today and tells you why each made the list, in a sentence you can check against what you already know about them. It drafts the email; you edit it and send it yourself.

    • What is stopping REHL working for you

Your home page now names anything switched off that is holding the product back, with a link straight to the fix, and shows nothing at all when there is nothing to do. Invited agents see the items that are theirs to clear, not just brokerage admins.

    • Export your Sphere

Download your contact book as a spreadsheet whenever you want, the whole list rather than the first page. Your data stays yours.

    • Imports keep the addresses

The sphere importer now reads mailing-address columns, including the ones Follow Up Boss and kvCORE export and the ones REHL's own export writes. A list you export, tidy up in a spreadsheet and bring back keeps everything it went out with.

    • A seat for an agent

Brokerages can seat a teammate as an agent: they work leads, listings, marketing, tasks, transactions and their own sphere, and they leave billing, users and brokerage settings alone. If your brokerage limits leads to the agent who owns them, that limit applies to every agent seat.

    • Reach a person from any page

A support button now follows you around the dashboard. Open a ticket, watch its status, and read the reply in the same panel, without leaving what you were doing or hunting for an email address.

    • Change your own name, photo and password

Your profile is yours to edit. No more asking an administrator to correct the name on your emails or swap out a headshot.

    • Open house RSVPs get a confirmation

Someone who RSVPs to your open house now receives a confirmation with the address, the date and the time, so they turn up at the right house at the right hour.

    • Saving a search moves the score

When a buyer saves a search on your site, they are telling you exactly what they want and asking to be told when it appears. That now counts toward their temperature, where before only saving an individual home did.

    • Record an opt-out you were told out loud

If someone asks you on the phone to stop contacting them, you can record it on their contact in one click. REHL honors it from that moment, across calls and texts alike, and keeps the record of when it was asked for.

    • Seller leads are marked as sellers

A contact who came in asking what their home is worth now carries a Seller marker on the list and on their record, so they get a valuation rather than a stream of listings. Buyers, which is nearly everyone, carry no badge at all.

    Fixed

    • A social post that failed no longer reads as published

Some posts came back from our posting provider as rejected inside an otherwise successful reply, and were recorded as published. Every place REHL reads a posting result now reads it the same way, so a post that did not go says so, on the listing, in the campaign and in the count.

    • Listing quality reads the market date

A property's time on market is measured from its list date rather than the day REHL first saw it, so an established listing pulled in from a new feed is no longer described as fresh.

  10. v1.10

    Know before you send

The contact card now gives you the same answer the send system itself would give, so you find out whether a message will go before you spend ten minutes writing it.

    Fixed

    • The contact card tells you what will actually happen

The lead card now shows the same reachability answer the send system itself would give, including the reply-to-confirm step some states require before a text, so you can tell before you write whether a message will actually go.

    • Every held channel says what would clear it

Where REHL is holding a channel, the card names the reason and the next step in plain language, and says so plainly when the next step is not yours to take.

  11. v1.9

Write it once, and choose how much REHL sends for you

Save the messages you send over and over, track the details your brokerage actually cares about, and decide for yourself how much of your follow-up REHL sends without asking.

    New

    • Save a message you send over and over

Keep your best listing follow-up, showing confirmation, or check-in as a saved message and reuse it in one click. Names and details fill themselves in.

    • An office library, and your own private drafts

A brokerage can publish saved messages everyone can use, while each agent keeps their own private ones. Your drafts stay yours; the office library stays put when an agent leaves.

    • Track the details your brokerage cares about

Add your own fields to a contact: text, number, date, yes/no, or a set list to pick from. Referral source, lender, HOA tolerance, whatever your office actually asks. Your brokerage defines them once and every agent fills them in on the contact.

    • Decide how much Cultivate sends for you

Set your follow-up to full autopilot, to review each message before it goes, or to write every one yourself. It is a per-agent setting, so a cautious agent and a hands-off agent can work the same pipeline differently.

    • Forms on your own website

Put a REHL lead form on any page you control. Submissions land in your pipeline like any other lead, with the agent you choose as the owner.

    • Approve a message before it sends

On review, a due message waits for you instead of going out. You see exactly what REHL wrote, edit it if you want, and send when you are happy. Nothing leaves without your say-so.

    Fixed

    • Due dates read correctly on the mobile app

A task due today no longer reads as due yesterday depending on when you opened the app.

  12. v1.8

Open house feedback, and clearer ownership

Every open house now sends you home with honest buyer feedback you can hand to the seller, and every contact shows exactly who owns the lead.

    New

    • Collect feedback at every open house

Visitors who sign in at the door get a QR code for a one-minute survey about the home. What they thought of the look, the price, the location, and the neighborhood comes straight back to you and lands on their contact record.

    • Show the seller what buyers really think

REHL rolls every open-house response into one clean summary you can show or print for the homeowner: average ratings, how the price landed, and how many visitors want a home-value report on their own place.

    • Open-house leads credit the agent who hosted

When you host an open house, the leads it brings in are attributed to you from the moment they sign in, so the credit follows the work.

    • See who a lead belongs to, and how it changed

Every contact now carries an ownership history: who first brought the lead in, which channel it came from, and any change since. Commission credit stays clear to everyone on the team.

  13. v1.7

    Your listings, marketed properly

Every post now opens with a photo worth stopping for, your flyers use the photos the listing already has, and you can add a walkthrough video without leaving the listing.

    New

    • Your posts open with your best photo

Listing posts now lead with the main MLS photo, or a real front-of-house shot when there isn't one. REHL picks your three strongest and rotates them, so the first thing anyone sees is the house looking its best, and no two posts look alike.

    • Choose the three photos that lead

On a listing's Media tab you can pick and reorder the three photos your posts open with. REHL chooses for you by default, and tells you plainly which ones are leading and which are along for the ride.

    • Flyers use the photos you already have

The printable flyer pulls the listing's own MLS photos instead of asking you to upload them a second time. A listing with photos now makes a flyer with photos.

    • Add a property video

Upload a walkthrough on the listing's Media tab. REHL shrinks it in your browser before it uploads, so a long phone video goes up quickly, keeps its sound, and still looks right. Videos take their turn in your posting rotation alongside the photos.

    • Photos are ready the moment you publish

REHL sorts a listing's photos when you publish it, so flyers and posts work straight away instead of waiting until you draft your first campaign.

    • Your pipeline shows names

Leads show the person's name instead of their email address, on the board, in the table view, and on the detail pane.

  14. v1.6

Your sphere, with the whole history

Record the home you sold a past client, keep their family and key dates on the record, and let REHL reach out on the anniversary with what that home is worth now.

    New

    • The home you sold them

Record the property behind every past-client relationship: the address, what it sold for, and when it closed. If the home was one of your own listings, REHL ties the two together for you, so everything it knows about that property stays attached to the person who owns it.

    • Anniversary notes worth reading

On the anniversary of a purchase, REHL AI can reach out with an estimate of what their home is worth today, based on comparable properties nearby. It is the difference between a card and a conversation, and it is the kind of note that gets a reply.

    • Birthdays that stop slipping past

Birthdays and home anniversaries in your sphere now trigger a touch on their own, on the right day, so the relationships you meant to keep warm stay warm without you keeping a calendar.

    • Family on the record

Link a spouse, partner, or family member to a contact, so a household reads as a household instead of unconnected names.

    • Addresses and key dates you can edit

Add or correct a contact's address, birthday, and home anniversary at any time, including on contacts you imported before you had the details.

    Fixed

    • Past-client imports now carry the full closing history.

Importing a past-client list brings the property, price, and closing date across with each contact, and links each sale to your listing when it matches one.

  15. v1.5

Know which leads are worth your morning

See which sources actually produce hot leads, catch the paperwork that has gone quiet, and let buyers set their own pace.

    New

    • See which sources produce hot leads

Sources now shows a hot rate next to every connector, not just how many leads it sent. You can finally tell the source that delivers ten serious buyers from the one that delivers a hundred that go nowhere, and spend accordingly.

    • Temperature on every import

Import a list of contacts and the batch now shows how it breaks down by score, so you can see at a glance how many are already hot instead of working through the list top to bottom.

    • Documents that have gone quiet

A Needs a nudge strip now surfaces the documents that were sent over a week ago and still are not signed, oldest first, with a reminder button right there. No more finding out at closing.

    • Buyers can set their own pace

Buyers can now choose how often they hear from a saved search: as homes list, daily, weekly, or off, right from their account. The search itself stays either way, so turning the emails off no longer means losing it. If they had turned emails off, we ask them to confirm before starting them again.

    • A way to reach an agent when it matters

Once a buyer has saved a home or a search, their account now offers to put them in touch with an agent, at the moment they are most interested rather than a week later.

    Fixed

    • Marketing puts your posts where you can act on them

Social post cards now take you where the work is: to your approval queue when a post is waiting on you, or to the listing it belongs to.

    • A clearer path to start a free trial

The sign-in page now points new agents and brokerages to a free trial instead of dead-ending them.

  16. v1.4

A contact record that tells the whole story

A rebuilt contact record, a way to capture exactly what a buyer wants, and instant search across your listings.

    New

    • Redesigned contact records

Every contact now opens as one cohesive record: a temperature hero that shows the lead's score at a glance, a clear next step to take, and a single relationship timeline that threads every email, call, note, activity, and buyer-site signal into one place, instead of scattered cards.

    • What they're looking for

Capture the specific addresses a buyer is interested in, right from adding a contact or from their record. When an address matches one of your own listings, the buyer shows up under that listing's interested leads automatically (and the other way around), so the two stay linked both ways.

    • Search your listings

The Listings hub now has fast search by address, city, or MLS number, plus pagination, so finding a property is instant even with a large feed.

    Fixed

    • Polish and cleanup across the dashboard.

  17. v1.3

Build on REHL, and pricing that makes sense

A public developer API, clearer per-agent pricing, and an onboarding that quietly gets itself ready.

    New

    • A developer API for your brokerage

Read your leads and listings programmatically. Create a key in Settings and explore the full reference at docs.rehl.us.

    • Clearer, per-agent pricing

Brokerage plans now show a simple base price plus a per-agent rate. You add agents as you grow and confirm the cost each time. No paying for empty seats.

    • Onboarding that gets itself ready

Your go-live checklist now shows exactly what is yours to do, and quietly takes care of the platform side for you.

    • REHL AI usage you can see

Track what your REHL AI usage costs, top up when you want more, and never get a surprise.

    • Investor Analysis

Enter a property and your assumptions, and REHL runs the cap rate, cash-on-cash, DSCR, a five and ten year pro forma and a sensitivity grid, then drafts an honest investment thesis. For the buyer who asks what the numbers look like.

    • Your own forms, ready to send

Build reusable documents your team sends for signature: upload a base PDF, place the fields once, publish it, and everyone sends the same form.

    • Settings you can find your way around

Brokerage settings split into their own pages for billing, branding, team, automation and developer keys, instead of one long scroll.

    • Get leads in with no integration

BCC an email, forward a portal alert, or POST a webhook, and the lead lands in your pipeline. No connector to build first.

    • A dated record of what you marketed

Every listing your brokerage has marketed, with the ownership basis at the time and, for manually entered listings, the exact attestation recorded before anything went out. The artifact you hand your MLS in an advertising dispute, instead of reconstructing who approved what from memory.

    Fixed

    • Manage your API keys from Settings

Revoke a key, then remove it from your list when you are done.

    • Dark mode polish

Cleaned up a few spots that were hard to read in dark mode.

    • Plan names read cleanly everywhere

  18. v1.2

    Referrals and a warmer welcome

    New

    • Refer a business, get a month free

Share your referral link. When another brokerage or agent signs up, your next month is on us.

    • A warmer way to get started

Book a live demo or start your free trial in minutes, no application.

    Fixed

    • Fixed a case where an automated follow-up email could send twice.

    • Refined the find-an-agent and demo-request flows.

  19. v1.1

    Onboarding and growth

    New

    • Bring your book

Migrate your contacts from Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or any CSV, with column mapping, a preview, and assign-to-agent.

    • Go-live readiness checklist

A guided activation checklist so you get set up fast.

    • Home value estimator

A “what’s my home worth” tool on your buyer sites to capture seller leads.

    • Help center and support

Searchable help articles and in-app support tickets at rehl.us/help.

    • System status page

      Live platform health at status.rehl.us.

    • Feed health

See your MLS feed's last sync, what it brought in, and anything that failed, without asking anyone.

    • Client reviews

Collect reviews from clients and publish them on your agents and your brokerage.

    Fixed

    • Listing pages now show price and address at the top on mobile.

    • Polished the onboarding steps and empty states.

    • Clearer, more accurate trial and pricing copy.

  20. v1.0

    The REHL platform

The first release of REHL, the operating system for a real estate business.

    New

    • Lead temperature scoring

Every lead carries a live 0 to 100 score and a cold / warm / hot / very hot band, with the trend and the factors behind it.

    • Pipeline and native CRM

Agent and brokerage views, lead assignment, and a full activity timeline.

    • Branded buyer sites

Each brokerage gets its own IDX search, listing detail, saved listings and searches with email alerts, and find-an-agent.

    • Listings marketing engine

AI-drafted descriptions and social captions, shareable listing pages, open houses with a walk-in form, and PDF flyers.

    • Cultivate and Nurture

AI-powered outreach cadences with fully compliant email (consent, quiet hours, one-click unsubscribe).

    • REHL AI everywhere

AI threaded through drafting, matching, and classification across the platform.

    • Per-seat billing

Simple plans for solo agents and brokerages, with a free trial.

    • Tours

Plan a Saturday of showings as one route rather than a list of appointments: several properties in order, a buyer-agreement check, and a confirmation link the buyer clicks themselves so you know before you drive.

    • Transactions

A pipeline for every deal under contract, grouped by stage, with that deal's documents attached to it.

    • Documents, signed on REHL

Send a document for signature from inside REHL and follow it through to signed. One hub holds every envelope you can see, its signing progress, and the finished PDF.

    • Inbox

Your connected email in one place. REHL AI reads what comes in, flags what looks urgent, and attaches a thread to its lead when it can match the sender.

    • Compass

An annual GCI goal with on-pace tracking, a pipeline-weighted forecast, daily activity, and a brokerage leaderboard. Built for accountability rather than decoration.

    • TrueValue

Paste an address and get a comparable-driven value range with a seller-ready narrative in seconds. The CMA you would have spent an evening on.

    • Sources

Every lead-source connector in one place, with webhook and email ingest, duplicate handling, per-source attribution and the recent errors for each.

    • The marketing hub

A calendar of what is scheduled, the social accounts REHL publishes to, an approval queue for anything waiting on you, a media library of your own headshots and b-roll for REHL AI to draw on, and a running record of what the engine has been doing on your behalf.

    • Listing compliance, and a link for your auditor

Every listing's compliance checklist at a glance, and a no-login link you can send an auditor that shows the evidence for each item. The auditor's view deliberately carries no agent names, no leads and no internal notes.

    • Smart lists

Save a filter as a named list, then work the whole list at once instead of one lead at a time.

    • Reports

Conversion funnel, pipeline forecast, and what each source actually costs you per lead.

    • Agent performance

Per-agent response time, volume, close rate and GCI for the whole roster, so a brokerage admin can see who needs help before a quarter ends.
